MEET OUR COACHES

Dan's passion for health and fitness started with athletics. He studied Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska and has over a decade of experience working as a Personal Trainer.

 

Dan is a Certified Posture Specialist, Author of Physique 101, and Proud Father of 3. As a competitive bodybuilder, Dan is a 2-time Nebraska State Champion in Classic Physique.

 

Helping people transform their lives through exercise, Dan has found that MOVEMENT is MEDICINE. Being mindful and proactive with your health enables you to be your best.

Aspen started her fitness career as a competitive gymnast and professional dancer/choreographer winning multiple awards, including the International House of Performance Arts. With over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer in Los Angeles, she has worked with some of the best in commercial dance and entertainment industry.

​

Aspen is a registered US Exercise Professional, Certified Stretch Practitioner, Bio Mechanics Method Specialist, Pre-Post Partum Trainer, Marathon Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer. She also specializes in tour/onstage prep for artists and performers.

​

 Aspen has found prioritizing the basics of nutrition, strength, and flexibility, leads to sustainability and longevity, enabling you to achieve lasting results.
