COACHING PROGRAM
ABOUT
Bodybuilding Coaching is about putting the athlete in the best position to compete. This program is for athletes who have competed before and those interested in doing their first show. The goal is to bring the best package ( size, structure, conditioning and presentation) on stage. Full Season Coaching is a 3 month minimum commitment to take an athlete through their current phase of training.

Post Show Recovery ( REBUILD):
The immediate weeks and months after a contest are vitally important. We must take advantage of the prime muscle building response that occurs post show. We must also restore proper water balance to avoid weight fluctuation and training fatigue. Training focuses on rebuilding strength and conditioning.
Primary Goals:

Metabolism rebuild

Avoid excess weight gain

Restore strength and endurance

Assess competition readiness
Lean Bulk:
Adding size and quality muscle is necessary for long term success and improving for your next competition. Lean bulk programs may vary in duration from 3 to 12 months. This is a needs based assessment and agreement between the coach and athlete.

Build and maintain QUALITY MUSCLE

Increase your metabolism

Target specific growth

Increase muscle conditioning
Recomp:
This is a bodybuilders weight loss phase. If you are above 12% Body Fat it maybe time to Recomp. A 3 month Recomp phase will get you back on track, burning fat and building muscle. This phase will prepare you for a Lean Bulk or Contest Prep

Build lean muscle
Contest Prep:
The most intensive phase of any bodybuilders programing. This is when we get most detailed on nutrition, diet structure, training, cardio, and posing. This is a 12-16 week phase bringing athletes to peak stage conditioning and performance. We will discuss which contests and which divisions are right for you.
