Flex Transformation programs are full intensive coaching programs. You will get the highest level of coaching in order to get you back on track, start setting better habits, and aligning your diet and exercise routine to lose weight and build muscle.

We eliminate bad eating habits. Supplement your routine with better exercises and nutrition. Apply the right strategies to increase muscle and metabolism while burning more fat. The goal is to create maximum change in 90 Days.

This All begins with a FREE ASSESSMENT.

The assessment and discovery phone call will help determine if this program will work for you. Your coach will ask you a series of questions to gain an understanding of your current goals, trajectory, and which obstacles we will need to help you overcome.

 

Onboarding Phone Call:

We will determine your exact caloric needs, discuss a structured plan about when and what to eat, prescribe exercises, and give you a customized workout plan.

 

Onboarding Nutritional Videos:

To help answer your frequently asked questions and teach you how to count macros.

 

Onboarding Workout Design:

Your Workout split and progression is designed to improve strength, size and endurance of your muscles. You will learn proper mechanics, mind muscle connection, and use a variety of stimuli to increase exercise Intensity and Volume. These splits are based upon your availability, ability, and goal.
